What You’ll Do
As a Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to oversee the receiving and coordination of cabinetry and other products. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient communication, meticulous documentation, and superior organization within the warehouse. Your focus will be on maintaining the accuracy of inbound inventory while providing exceptional service to both your colleagues and our customers.
Warehouse Coordination & Inventory Management

Receive, document, and organize all inbound products properly to ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate product transfers between various company locations to meet operational needs.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and product organization.

Oversee active logistics and delivery coordination to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Customer Service & Communication

Act as a primary store representative, delivering a positive and memorable experience in every interaction.

Provide essential support to the front desk and broader location as daily needs arise.

Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and the community.

Create "Raving Fans" by providing exceptional care and addressing inquiries promptly.
Safety & Operational Compliance

Follow and enforce all safety rules and policies outlined in the employee handbook and safety manual.

Report all accidents and workplace injuries immediately to management to ensure a safe environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support the overall success of the location.
Qualifications
-
Experience: Previous experience in receiving is required, with a preference for candidates familiar with building materials or cabinetry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs., as well as stand and walk for extended periods.

Attributes: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who can work independently and maintain a high level of organization. Passionate about creating a positive and memorable experience for customers, colleagues, and community in every interaction.

Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5% of work time) to other yard or client locations as needed.
