Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end using retail math skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cashiering tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications during service.

Pay: $14.00 - $27.00 per hour
