Key ResponsibilitiesBartending
- Mix and serve beer, wine, and signature cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and follow proper pour and safety standards
Serving
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable table service
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain clean dining areas and support smooth front‑of‑house operations
Barista
- Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards
- Operate café equipment safely and maintain a clean workstation
- Provide friendly, efficient service during high‑volume periods
General
- Recommend menu items based on guest preferences
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Uphold AOAP’s hospitality standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles (cross‑training available)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and guest‑service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
- Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
