Job Description
Are you an experienced robotics programmer looking to make an immediate impact We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Support Programmer to build, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robot programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports production launches, equipment reliability, and continuous process improvements while working closely with engineering and quality teams. Responsibilities
- Program, debug, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems in a live production environment.
- Modify and optimize robot programs to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality teams to resolve production issues and maintain product quality.
- Document programming changes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide hands-on support for robotic manufacturing processes and production launches.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience programming industrial robots in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret production requirements.
- Experience with Motoman, Fanuc, or ABB robotic platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated manufacturing systems is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is $45,760 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
