Job Summary
Forever Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide quality in-home care and support to clients throughout Nashville and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide care according to each client’s individualized care plan
- Assist with personal care, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility as needed
- Provide companionship and social interaction
- Assist with meal preparation and care-related light housekeeping
- Assist with approved errands and supportive activities
- Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
- Complete required service documentation accurately and on time
- Follow Forever Care policies, procedures, and client care plans
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members
- Arrive on time and provide dependable coverage for assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home care, personal care, or direct support experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet applicable background screening, training, and employment requirements
- Ability to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needs based on the assignment
Schedule
Schedules are based on client needs and available assignments. We are seeking caregivers with weekday, weekend, morning, daytime, evening, and overnight availability. Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available based on client assignments.
Service Area
Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. Reliable transportation to client homes is required. Apply today to join the Forever Care team.
