Job Summary:
The Linen Lead oversees daily linen processing operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. This role involves coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring ready-to-rent linens are staged for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Coordination: Direct and support linen processing staff in daily activities.

Quality Control: Inspect and ensure linens meet quality standards before staging.

Inventory Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate linen inventory records.

Leadership: Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Staging Preparation: Ensure linens are staged correctly for timely delivery.
Qualifications:

Experience: Fully proficient in linen processing with the ability to lead and train others.

Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and guide staff effectively.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management systems.

Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and handling heavy items.
