What You'll Do
-
Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns
-
Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
-
Review maintenance needs, pricing, and repair timelines
-
Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs
-
Coordinate repair progress with Service Technicians
-
Keep customers updated through vehicle delivery
What You'll Bring

Automotive service or dealership experience
-
1+ years of experience creating repair orders and reviewing service estimates
-
1+ years of experience working with customers throughout the vehicle repair process
-
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
