Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Ability to work nights and weekends is a must. MUST BE 21+ TO BE CONSIDERED!
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash or credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of electronics or technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well within a team environment or work alone
