As we grow in Canton, CT, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our growing team.

About the Role
This is a client-facing, results-driven injector role focused on:
- Delivering natural, high-quality aesthetic outcomes
- Conducting in-depth consultations and building long-term treatment plans
- Driving client retention, rebooking, and treatment plan conversions
You will play a key role in both the clinical and revenue growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, BioStimulator)
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on device driven services, skin rejuvenation, skincare, and post-care protocols
- Recommend and support full-face treatment planning (not single-service mindset)
- Promote and cross-sell skincare, wellness, and additional services
- Maintain accurate charting, consents, and documentation
- Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and CT regulations
- Stay current with advanced techniques, products, and industry trendsWhat Success Looks Like
We are looking for providers who are confident in both clinical skill and patient conversion.
You will be measured on:
- Consultation-to-treatment conversion rate
- Average revenue per client
- Rebooking rate
- Client retention & satisfaction
- Treatment plan acceptance
This is not a passive injector role, this is for someone who wants to grow and perform.
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut NP or PA license (Required)
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on injectable experience (Required)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Proven ability to consult, recommend, and convert treatment plans
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term patient outcomes
- Professional, ethical, and team-oriented
- Availability for evenings and rotating weekends
Compensation
- Starting at $65+/hour (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses
