Zeppes Pizzeria in North Royalton is seeking an experienced General Manager to run the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a task driven and motivated individual with strong customer service & time management skills who truly enjoys the process of developing their team and improving the business. Responsibilities include:
· Provide an exceptional guest experience through focus on three major themes, "Food, Service and Atmosphere".
· Recruit, interview, hire and train team members, as well as conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary action when necessary
· Control profit & loss through sales, cost of goods and labor metrics
· Maintain local health and safety codes, and ensure company safety and security policies are met
General Manager base pay range is $18 - $22 per hour based on experience PLUS incentive plan, health, dental, vision insurance and more.
This is a full time role.

Qualifications
- Enjoyment in the development of people and processes
- Strong background in food service management and hospitality
- Manager Level Serve Safe Certification
- Experience in interviewing and team management
- Solid skills in food preparation, POS systems, and inventory control
- Experience in casual dining/quick serve and catering
- Excellent customer service and time management skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
