Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure consistent cleaning quality throughout the mall premises
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas meet sanitation and safety standards
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation management practices
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, restrooms, food courts, and retail spaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance
- Enforce safety regulations during cleaning operations to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment
- Address customer service inquiries related to cleanliness issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or industrial cleaning environments
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in janitorial or hospitality settings
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively
- Effective communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
- Prior experience with laundry, housekeeping management, or hospitality services is a plus
