Job Description
The Product Packager is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging finished products for shipment or distribution. This role ensures products are packaged accurately, safely, and in compliance with quality and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Package products according to established procedures and specifications
- Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials
- Label, seal, and inspect packaged items for accuracy and quality
- Verify product counts, weights, and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines
- Report damaged products, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $20/hour
Required Experience / Skills:
- No previous packaging experience required!
- High attention-to-detail; high conscientiousness.
- Positive, cheerful, ambitious and determined attitude.
- High willingness to learn and be coached.
- The ability to work with your hands & visually find defects or flaws with parts.
- No conviction record, PFA order against them, or anything else that would prevent them from purchasing or discharging a firearm.
- Able to pass a background check & drug test.
