Job Summary
Jack’s Pharmacy is a community-focused, independent pharmacy located in St. Maries, Idaho. We are a small, close-knit team serving a rural community where relationships matter and pharmacists are known by name. Our pharmacy is staffed by two full-time pharmacists, seven technicians, and dedicated retail staff.
Because our owner is not a pharmacist and is not onsite day-to-day, we are looking for a confident, experienced retail pharmacist who is comfortable stepping into a leadership role when they are the pharmacist on duty. This is not a micromanaged environment—we value judgment, initiative, and steady leadership.
The ideal candidate has three or more years of retail pharmacy experience, is open to relocating to St. Maries, and is interested in becoming part of the community, not just commuting to a job. In return, we are genuinely supportive of work-life balance, flexible with scheduling whenever possible, and committed to creating a sustainable pace of work in a high-trust environment.
