Job Summary
Chef Tim Love is looking for reliable and motivated Dishwashers to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to support smooth food service. Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are kept tidy and organized by regularly cleaning workstations and storage areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or helping with basic food handling when needed.
- Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown as required.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety regulations are met.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness by regularly sanitizing sinks, dishwashers, and other tools used in the cleaning process.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and support overall restaurant or hotel operations.
Skills
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
