What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience
- Strong scheduling and patient communication skills
- Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
- Ability to multitask without becoming overwhelmed
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Manage scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient flow
- Verify insurance benefits and explain financial arrangements
- Assist patients with questions regarding treatment and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the clinical team in delivering an outstanding patient experience

Competitive compensation based on experience.
Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Friday, saturday and sunday OFF)
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
