Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects within the commercial construction sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while managing teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving projects forward with energy and precision.
Responsibilities
Job sites
Review projects and contracts.
o Determine schedules, equipment, and workload needs.
o Coordinate with Estimating, Field, and Office personnel for project setup.
o Create job in CM.
· Review drawings once contract is awarded.
· Start building the budget and review with the team.
· Start building the schedule according to the GC master schedule, including milestones.
Scheduling & Staffing
· Schedule projects.
o Communicate with General Contractors and Site Superintendents.
· Schedule and assign Foremen and crew.
o Delegate responsibilities and assign roles.
Project Execution & Oversight
· Track project progress from start to completion.
o Address all issues and needs.
o Keep the work moving while maintaining a positive, safe environment.
o Review job budget weekly to evaluate percentage completion and cost performance.
· Manage submittals.
o Send out for submittals once contract is awarded.
o If awarded Civil Work – Send to supplier for pipe (Core and Main).
Project Closeout & Handover
· Build handover packet, Including:
o Contracts
o Drawings
o All paperwork
o Printed schedules
Financial & Billing Responsibilities
· Invoices
o Enter billing in CM.
o Create purchase orders.
o Track miscellaneous cost.
· Accounts Receivable
o Track payments.
o Track paperwork (C/O / Field Tickets)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
