Emmaline's Cocktails and Provisions located in the brand-new DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport is looking for experienced early risers to join the breakfast culinary team

We are looking for experienced Breakfast Cooks who take pride in quality, consistency and create warm, welcoming mornings for our guests.
This role is perfect for an early riser who enjoys setting the tone for the day and who can outshine our brand-new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, supported by leadership that believes in teamwork, respect, and bringing heart back to hospitality.
Schedule: 445am-1130am, including weekend rotation.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Complete all necessary prep work for assigned stations
Operate Kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure food quality, freshness, and concistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, and adhere to all health and safety regualtions
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak times
Assist with inventory, inventory control, labeling, and proper storage of all food items
Other Duties as assigned
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years prior cooking experience with full-service restaurant experience.
Strong Culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
Excellent Time Management and multitasking abilities
Availability weekdays and weekends
Able to lift 50 pounds and stand long periods
ServSafe Manager or similar food safety certificate required
This role operates in a professional kitchen, often requiring long shifts, early mornings, Teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality are keys to success.
