As a Dishwasher you will provide clean dishes, cutlery, baking & buffet equipment, operate industrial grade cleaning machinery and tools and upkeep clean and sanitary conditions of dishwashing areas and related kitchen spaces. Dishwashers will do general cleaning - mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, cleansing and polishing. Dishwashers will ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively participate in health and safety initiatives.
Your responsibilities are diverse in nature and include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation.

Responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas and assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent organizational skills and time management

Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision

No formal education/experience required

Prior cleaning experience is an asset
