Eakes Office Solutions is seeking a Purchasing Clerk for our Grand Island Corporate location to effectively and efficiently assist with the purchasing of the company’s products to fulfill our customer’s orders. This is a great position for a person who likes working with vendors in the purchasing of company products in a effort to assist filling customer’s orders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
- Review inventories and order as required
- Interact with suppliers and sales representatives
- Produce and maintain reports
Requirements/Experience:
- Data entry experience
- Strong customer service background
- Buying or purchasing experience helpful
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Accuracy, Analytical, Prioritizing, and Organizational Skills

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
