Additional Pay Opportunities:

Work Schedules: Schedules will vary based on workload
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00pm & Friday: 6:30am - Noon
What you will do: As a Cabinet Drafter, you’ll play a key role in bringing custom projects to life. Your work will directly support our shop team in accurately manufacturing high-quality cabinetry that exceeds customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop cut sheets and shop papers from approved order documents

Work directly with shop floor personnel on issues and manufacturing concerns, ensuring continuous production and process improvements

Work closely with CSR’s, product development, and production staff

Ensure designs meet manufacturing and customer needs

Effectively utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials to complete projects

Perform other assigned tasks and requirements as assigned

Produce workable layouts and 3Ds to our specification in a timely fashion
What you need:
-
Basic knowledge of custom woodwork design construction

Cabinet Vision or other related software experience, is preferred

Highly skilled in computers and associated software, including Microsoft Office
-
Strong math skills and the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management and multi-tasking skills
-
Ability to solve practical problems and handle variables in situations
-
Strong technical, analytical, and reasoning skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following:

Office environment – use of office equipment including computer, telephone, copier/printer.

Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.

Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.

Frequently required to walk.
