As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will partner closely with the Hearing Aid Specialist to create an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through ongoing follow-up care. You'll play a key role in supporting patient care, driving office growth, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and confident throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every patient, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while maintaining an organized and
- efficient calendar
- Support the Hearing Aid Specialist by creating qualified appointment opportunities and helping the office achieve its sales goals
- Build lasting relationships with patients through proactive follow-up calls and
- ongoing communication
- Educate patients on services, products, financing options, and the benefits of better hearing
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform general office administration
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, payments, and insurance documentation
- Help coordinate marketing initiatives, recall campaigns, and community outreach efforts
- Work as a collaborative team member dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Comfortable working toward office performance and patient satisfaction goals.
- Previous customer service, healthcare, retail, or sales support experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail
