American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week contract requiring cath lab experience and on-call availability.

Hospital-based Cath Lab with 3 procedure labs
-
Team of 3 staff per procedure with a day shift of 9 plus a supervisor and a 3-person night call team
-
1:1 patient ratio
-
High-volume unit performing standard diagnostic and complex interventional cases
-
Uses Philips equipment and Meditech EMR
-
Shift runs 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
-
On-call required, averaging 9 days per month
-
Average of 1 weekend per month required

Active TX or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience required

BLS and ACLS certification required, not expiring within 30 days of start

No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

US SSN and DOB required for consideration

One professional reference required

Provide nursing care in a very busy, fast-paced Cath Lab environment requiring a strong sense of urgency

Scrubs provided by the hospital

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
