Remote Patient Customer Service Representative
*** Only Candidates residing in the states of Florida, Texas, Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Illinois, and West Virginia,
Full-time (Paid Training) .50 increase @ 30 and 90 days after completion of training
Monday - Friday Must have open availability between the hours of 9am-8pm EST
$15-$16 per hour+ MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUS INCENTIVES

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job duties:
- Manage high volume of incoming calls in a timely, professional manner using the patient’s first ethic
- Handle incoming patient’s telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve patients inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, while offering patient assistance and support.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communications.
- Access patient account information via computer software and make necessary updates as needed.
- Document call details accurately and utilize the appropriate standard note format
- Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service and healthcare call center preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong verbal communication and active listing skills
- Proficiency in problem –solving
- Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
