Seamless Solutions is seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage prospective business customers throughout the Houston market.
This role is responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, asking the right questions, identifying potential needs, and creating qualified opportunities for the Seamless Solutions sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Identify and research potential new accounts and key decision-makers
- Introduce Seamless Solutions and our office technology services
- Identify opportunities related to office equipment, managed print, document workflow, IT services, cybersecurity, and service & repair
- Ask qualifying questions to understand a prospect's current providers, technology needs, challenges, and upcoming projects
- Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate prospect, call, and follow-up information in the CRM
- Consistently follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads
- Meet weekly and monthly goals for calls, qualified leads, and appointments generated
- Work closely with the sales team to prioritize target accounts and develop new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Confident speaking with business owners, office managers, IT leaders, and other decision-makers
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or B2B sales preferred

Create qualified conversations for the Seamless Solutions sales team by connecting businesses with a local, single-source partner for their office equipment, workflow, managed services, and IT needs.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
