Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to serve as the General Manager of our Brentwood salon.
This is more than a traditional salon manager position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, growing a business, developing employees, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

Our General Managers are empowered to lead their salon, develop their team, improve business performance, and create an outstanding experience for every guest.
You'll work closely with ownership while having the autonomy and support to make a real difference.
Responsibilities
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the salon, including:
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional team members
- Coach employees through regular feedback and performance discussions
- Build a positive, professional, and accountable salon culture
- Drive weekly and monthly sales growth
- Increase memberships, retail sales, and guest retention
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and daily operations
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans
- Lead daily huddles and regular team meetings
- Maintain high standards for salon presentation and operations
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and results-driven work environment

Qualifications Required
- Current Tennessee Cosmetology License (or eligible to obtain Tennessee licensure before employment begins)
- Previous salon management or leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
- Experience managing KPIs, sales performance, and labor
- Proven success recruiting and developing salon professionals
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational performance
