PTM Properties is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to help us maintain clean, welcoming communities for our residents. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and understands that a clean home makes a lasting impression.

What You'll Do:
- Clean properties for move-ins and move-outs.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, laundry rooms, entryways, and other shared spaces.
- Perform detailed cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, appliances, and fixtures.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or damages.
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked.
- Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly reliable and dependable—we need someone who is a team player and has both a strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of their work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
