Job Title: RN – Emergency (Full-Time Nights)

Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour Night Shifts

Client, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department Night Shift team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting (as of August 9, 2024).
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a dedicated hospital Emergency Department.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) or related specialty.
