HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE
The Hospitality Associate is the foundation of the Happy Ice experience. You are the first impression for our guests and the energy source of the store. Your attitude, teamwork, and execution create a joyful, consistent, and memorable experience every shift.
Hospitality Associates support daily operations, uphold product and service standards, and help maintain a clean, organized, and guest ready environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Prepare all products accurately and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and equipment.
- Restock toppings, cups, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Operate POS register and process transactions.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Complete opening, closing, and shift responsibilities accurately.
- Support Hospitality Leader with tasks as assigned.
- Minimize product waste and follow proper portioning standards
REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required.
- Happy, friendly, upbeat personality and team spirit.
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Available on weekends and holidays.
- Passion for food, fun, and great guest experiences.
- Able to lift 50 pounds
