United Financial Network is seeking ambitious, driven, and energetic Financial Consultants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work with warm, inbound leads from individuals actively seeking financial guidance. Your mission: to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions that put them on the path to financial well-being. Job Duties:
- No Cold Calling – Work Only Warm Leads:
Focus exclusively on pre-qualified, inbound leads—no need to cold call. You'll engage with clients who have already expressed interest in financial guidance, making your outreach more productive and rewarding from the start.
- Achieve Daily Activity Metrics and Monthly Sales Goals:
Consistently meet or exceed individual performance benchmarks, including daily outreach goals, follow-ups, and conversions. Competitive bonuses and performance incentives are offered to reward top performers.
- Manage and Nurture a Sales Pipeline:
Maintain an organized and active pipeline of prospects and clients using our CRM tools. Follow up consistently, track progress through the sales cycle, and implement strategic touchpoints to maximize closing opportunities and long-term client retention.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success—with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others, paired with a strong work ethic and competitive spirit
- Sales experience is a plus—but not required. This role is ideal for those looking to develop or launch a career in sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and/or Excel is beneficial, but training is provided
- A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, seeks growth, and is eager to become a key contributor and future leader within the team

Compensation:
- Base Security + Unlimited Potential: Start with a monthly draw plan to give you the stability you need while building your book of business. But the real opportunity? Our top performers earn well into six figures, with the potential to make $100K-$250K+ annually based on performance. No Cap on commission – your income is in your hands.
- Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn additional income through individual and team performance incentives
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts in-office
- Monday to Thursday 10am – 8pm (with breaks); Friday 10am – 6pm
- Optional weekend work for driven professionals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 - $250,000.00 per year
