Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team on the second shift. The position pays $20.29 per hour + shift premium, the hours are 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday. Frequent over time may be necessary depending on demand. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help keep production running smoothly, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities
- Operate assembly lines and manufacturing equipment to produce quality products efficiently.
- Load components onto machines and circuit boards.
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- Inspect parts for quality assurance.
- Maintain equipment per Company standards.
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
