The Salem Law Firm PC is seeking an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to manage cases from intake through settlement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as a liaison by communicating with adjusters, medical providers and lien holders.
- Assist with initial interviews and obtaining intake information/documents
- Open claims and assist with property damage claims
- Coordinate and monitor medical treatment, including obtaining medical records and bills.
- Summarize medical records and bills
- Work with attorney in preparing demand packages
- Assist with lien reductions and settlements
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluent in both written and verbal communication
- 2 years or more of experience in personal injury law required
- Understanding of the personal injury process from intake to settlement
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to audit cases and identify missing documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, self starter, team oriented mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE. BENEFITS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE INTERVIEW.
