Orthodontic Clinical Assistant (LDA) (Part-Time)
Glow Orthodontics is a brand-new, boutique orthodontic practice in Chanhassen seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.The ideal candidate is a skilled clinical assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, takes pride in their work, and brings a positive attitude to the team every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and procedures
- Take digital scans, intraoral photographs, and orthodontic records
- Prepare treatment chairs and maintain efficient clinical flow
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment, appliances, and care instructions
- Provide excellent patient communication and customer service
- Assist with inventory management and clinical organization
Qualifications
- Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, people-centered, energetic, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable learning new technology and workflows
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
