Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate skilled teams, manage daily operations on-site, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint interpretation, and team supervision will drive project success while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to interpret project requirements accurately.
- Manage construction schedules to keep projects on track. Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular site safety audits.
- Collaborate with project manager to develop detailed construction schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Schedule inspections, ensuring adherence to blueprints, Conduct quality control inspections.
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and enforce federal safety regulations.
- Proven experience in construction Supervision with a strong background in Framing & Interior Trim carpentry.
- knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Ghant Charts and Critical Path Charts.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety practices aligned with OSHA standards and federal regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
