We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing both hand and power tools to perform tasks effectively.
Duties
- Conduct oil changes and fluid level checks on various types of heavy machinery.
- Perform routine inspections, vehicle maintenance, including tire rotations, alignments, and filter replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or potential issues that may require further attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and answering any questions customers may have.
- Assist in heavy lifting as needed during vehicle servicing or when moving equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with vehicle/equipment maintenance procedures and standards.
- Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for vehicle maintenance tasks.
- A valid driver's license is required.
