At Sheldon Cleaners, we help customers "Choose Life Over Laundry" and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that delivers the "Bowtie" experience. This role will support our our locations at 777 Washington Ave and 125 Douglas Ave. in Holland.
A Sheldon Cleaners Customer Service Representative will have the following traits/skills:
- Greeting and assisting customers by creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
- Building relationships and customer connections through positive, memorable interactions and service delivery.
- Utilize inventory management software, process payments, and conduct customer research.
- Detail garments, interpret care labels, assign pricing, and sort items.
- Demonstrate dependability with attendance, key responsibilities, and core behaviors.
- Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
***FULL-TIME HOURS AND COMPENSATION***
- Typical weekly schedule would include three or four 10 hour shifts and or three 10 hour shifts and one 5 hour shift per week. Shifts will range from 8am to 6pm, 8am to 1pm, or 1pm to 6pm on Monday thru Friday. No weekends.
- Pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50
