Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty café beverages
- Greet and engage customers, providing a warm and welcoming café experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and café floor
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
Requirements:
- Prior barista or café experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and specialty coffee techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
