Job Description:
All Project Solutions (APS) is seeking an experienced Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have welding experience and be able to communicate effectively in Spanish. We specialize in industrial generator enclosures, specialty enclosures, and custom metal fabrication projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on steel and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment.
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Welding experience required.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Spanish speaking required (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
