Key Qualifications:
- Current California SLPA license
- Minimum of three months’ experience as a practicing SLPA
- Previous school-based experience, especially with elementary-aged students, is highly valued
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication talents
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions under SLP guidance for an elementary caseload
- Assist with implementing therapy goals, documenting session outcomes, and monitoring student progress
- Prepare and organize session materials and resources
- Collaborate actively with your supervising SLP and school teams for integrated student support
- Engage with students from diverse backgrounds, utilizing cultural competence
