Summary/Objective:
Join our team as a skilled Mechanic responsible for keeping our fleet and equipment running at peak performance. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of automotive and stationary equipment — including trucks, tractor-trailers, heavy equipment, hydraulic systems, air compressors, and welding equipment.
Essential Functions:

Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and stationary equipment to company standards

Proactively identify issues and coordinate repairs with the Manager and team

Supervise and guide a Mechanic's Helper

Conduct required inspections and complete all maintenance documentation accurately

Respond to road calls and on-site equipment breakdowns as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

Follow all safety and environmental regulations; report concerns promptly
Additional Duties:

Pick up equipment or supplies as needed

Share knowledge by training fellow employees

Provide coverage for colleagues as needed
