Job description:
Join our team as a Meal Delivery Driver in Quincy, Braintree, Randolph, Holbrook, MA, and make a meaningful impact in the community by delivering meals to elderly residents in their homes. This role involves using your own vehicle to pick up meals from a central location and delivering them efficiently and courteously. You will deliver between 50-75 meals per day, ensuring that each delivery is prompt and meets our high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up prepared meals from a central location.
- Safely and efficiently deliver meals to elderly residents in Quincy, Braintree, Randolph, Holbrook, MA.
- Driver will be assigned to 1 location.
- Provide excellent customer service and friendly interactions with recipients.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Own smartphone
- Own reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
- Ability to lift and carry meal containers as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor suitable for working with elderly individuals.
- Ability to use your own cellphone.
