POSITION: Director of Dining Services/General Manager
LOCATION: Chicago IL
SALARY: 90-92K Bonus Eligible
We are seeking an experienced Dining Service Director/GM with experience in an institutional setting such as hospital, senior living, school or college.
The Food Service Director/ GM has an overall responsibility of food service. He/She institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.
Requirements:
3+Plus Years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back)
3+ Plus years in an institutional dining setting
Solid understanding of digital technology
Impeccable Communication Skills
Restaurant Management knowledge
Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation
Culinary or Hospitality Degree a strong plus
Pay: $90,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
