Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients heal, enjoys clinical autonomy, and values being part of a supportive and collaborative practice.
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin license as an LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent independent clinical license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using an electronic health record system
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in case consultation as needed
- Deliver ethical, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care
