Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment & Inventory Coordinator to support several essential areas of our daily operations. This hands-on role shares responsibility for e-commerce order fulfillment, website inventory management, company-wide receiving and inventory coordination, and retail customer service.
The position requires someone who can move confidently between physical and administrative responsibilities—from carefully packing customer orders and maintaining accurate inventory records to receiving and distributing merchandise and providing thoughtful, professional customer support. This team member will also be cross-trained in wholesale fulfillment to provide dependable coverage during absences, peak seasons, and other high-volume periods.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Order Fulfillment
- Pick, inspect, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time.
- Verify products, scents, sizes, quantities, gift messages, and special requests while maintaining Farm + Sea’s quality and presentation standards.
- Create shipping labels, process orders in Shopify and shipping software, and resolve order or shipping discrepancies.
Website Inventory
- Maintain accurate website inventory and restock online quantities promptly as products become available.
- Flag low-stock items and discrepancies, and coordinate with production and fulfillment teams on product availability.
Receiving and Inventory Coordination
- Receive and verify inventory, supplies, and merchandise against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items; update inventory records; and distribute received items to the appropriate departments.
- Keep the receiving area organized and efficient.
Retail Customer Service
- Respond to customer emails about orders, shipping, products, returns, and damages in our company's warm, professional brand voice.
- Research and resolve concerns promptly, escalating sensitive, unusual, or unresolved issues to the General Manager.
Wholesale Fulfillment Support
- Cross-train in wholesale fulfillment and provide coverage during employee absences and high-volume periods.
- Follow established picking, packing, labeling, inventory, and documentation procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, inventory, receiving, or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Clear, professional written communication and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems; Shopify or shipping software experience is a plus.
- Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and shift priorities when needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
