We are currently seeking a motivated, sales-driven AT&T Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. As an AT&T Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will represent AT&T, a leader in communications and technology, and play a vital role in promoting and selling AT&T's industry-leading wireless and fiber internet solutions. Your mission is to connect with customers, understand their needs, present compelling product offerings, and close sales that contribute directly to business success.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales and Customer Service Representative:
- Acquire new customers by actively engaging with prospects face-to-face, identifying their needs, and delivering persuasive, solution-oriented sales presentations.
- Promote AT&T wireless and fiber internet products and services, clearly communicating their value, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Follow up with leads, effectively handle objections, and close deals efficiently and professionally.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent monthly performance.
- Meet and exceed personal and team-based sales targets and KPIs.
- Use product knowledge, market insights, and customer feedback to position offerings in a compelling and personalized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using internal CRM systems.
- Provide outstanding post-sale support to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and referral potential.
AT&T Sales and Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred; prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role is highly valued.
- Prior experience selling telecommunications, internet, or wireless services is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a goal-driven environment.
- Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills.
- Excited to work in a face-to-face role, quickly build rapport, earn trust, and confidently navigate customer objections.
- Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation tactics, and conversion strategies.

- Compensation: AT&T Sales and Customer Service Representatives typically earn $48,000-$56,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
- Job Location: Main Richmond, VA office location and field locations in the surrounding areas, as assigned.
