Truck Driver
Duties:
- Safely drive and operate company trucks.
- Load and unload materials or equipment from trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Follow company policies and procedures for safe transportation and handling of materials.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and heavy equipment, including forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
