Overview
Our client, a Japanese e-learning company, is seeking a Learning Content Producer to join their team.
This role is responsible for developing high-quality digital learning content for the U.S. market, with a focus on creating engaging, tablet-based educational experiences for children (K–5). The position requires a strong understanding of local learning needs and the ability to design interactive content that motivates students to take initiative in their learning.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Content Development

Analyze learning challenges for K–5 students in the U.S. education system

Design curriculum and learning materials tailored to student needs

Develop engaging digital learning experiences that enhance motivation and retention
Content Production & Direction

Plan, create, and oversee educational content for tablet-based learning

Leverage digital features to create interactive and enjoyable learning experiences
Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with development teams in Japan for content production and delivery

Ensure smooth communication and alignment across international teams
Qualifications

Teaching experience at a U.S. school (Grade K–12 required)
