Sub Shop / Deli Representative & Meat Cutter

WE ARE HIRING! Full-time and part-time positions available. Sundays shifts are required.
Bradbury Brothers Market is looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our busy sub shop, deli, and meat department. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Primary responsibilities include preparing sandwiches and deli items, assisting customers, slicing meats, food prep, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Team members are cross-trained throughout the store and may also assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and cashiering as needed.
Experience cutting meat is a plus and may qualify for a higher hourly rate once fully trained.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches and deli items accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Explain menu items and ingredients when needed
- Slice deli meats and assist with food prep
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation
- Stock, rotate, and refill products throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support other store operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior food service, deli, kitchen, or grocery experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
