Automotive Sales Manager
Sutherlin Automotive Group is looking for a proven Automotive Sales Manager to join our high-volume, fast-paced dealership group. This is not a position for someone who wants to maintain the status quo—we are looking for a leader with relentless energy, a strong sense of urgency, and an intense desire to win.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving sales performance, developing top-producing sales teams, maximizing profitability, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You must be highly motivated, competitive, accountable, and capable of leading from the front every day.

Ideal Candidate
- 2+ Years Automotive Finance experience required
- 4+ years sales or sales manager experience required
- High level of intensity and enthusiasm
- Energetic and customer service oriented
- Elite selling and closing skills
- Team player and always willing to help
- Self Starter and requires little need for direction
- Wants to win and be #1
