## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and experience in industrial maintenance.
## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team's daily activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints for equipment repairs
- Perform or oversee repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks as needed
- Manage facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Provide technical guidance to team members on troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary
## Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in low voltage systems
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automation systems
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
