Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct night audits, balancing accounts and preparing reports to maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards across all interactions to enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Previous experience with night audit procedures or guest relations roles is a plus
